Vintage Montblanc 242 G Black Resin Fountain Pen Gold F 14 C Nib. In leather case Germany 1950s. Fountain pen in black Resin with Gold plated Trim and a 14ct 585 Fine Nib. Domed resin cap top with white Montblanc'Snow-cap' signet inset. Gold filled flat "spade" shaped pocket clip and stepped clip ring. Two medium gold filled cap bands.

Side of cap is heat stamped and gold filled'MONT - BLANC' with graphic of mountain between letters. Blind cap at rear of barrel, heat stamped 242 G and F. This un-screws to access milled piston knob. In leather case - is not marked. Year - 1950 - 1954.

Black with gold plated Trim and a Brown tinted viewing window. Filling System - Piston Filler. NIB - Original Montblanc Gold 14 C 585. NIB - F /Fine/ Semi Flexible. Imprint Nib - MONTE BLANC 14 C MONTBLANC 585.

Imprints on the Cap - MONT BLANC. Imprints on the turning knob - 242 G. Cap diameter - 12.6 mm. Weight - 18.2 grams.
