Diplomat Nexus Black Fountain Pen
Diplomat Nexus Black Fountain Pen. To celebrate the brand's 100th anniversary, Diplomat has drawn inspiration from both the past and the future for its new fountain pen: Nexus. Based on piston technology, an invention described by pen enthusiasts as revolutionary at the start of the 20th century, but combining it with a new patented sealing system by securely sealing the cap, Nexus combines the best of yesterday and tomorrow. No more risk of running out of ink; no more cartridges and their plastic packaging.
This black anodized aluminum fountain pen has an ink window in the barrel so you can visibly see your remaining ink level. Complemented by a chrome trim and a textured metal grip section, the pen comes equipped with a smooth writing #6 JoWo steel nib. To fill this pen, hold it with the nib facing upwards. Simply unscrew the barrel from the nib/grip section, fill the barrel with your preferred bottled ink using the included eyedropper or an ink syringe, and screw the nib/grip section back on.
The patented automatic closing sealing system works by screwing on the cap, which activates a secure seal. No more risk of ink leaking into your cap when not in use! Thanks to its unique characteristics - a proven seal, no risk of leakage even on an airplane, a large ink capacity, ease of use, and perfect fluidity of writing - Nexus offers a reassuring and infinite writing experience.
