WAHL EVERSHARP GOLD SEAL RING TOP, GFT, LF, JET BLACK, MANIFOLD NIB, c1930

  
Here's an outstanding WAHL EVERSHARP GOLD SEAL ring top pen in JET BLACK and from about 1930. This pen is 4-11/16 long and has jet black plastic in flawless condition as is also the gold filled 4 ring trim with gold filled accent rings at each end. The lever filler moves normally, but the sac is a little sluggish. Still, it takes up several drops of ink and in not in need of immediate replacement and might improve with use.

The pen is marked WAHL EVERSHARP, MADE IN CHICAGO U. A, just below the top cap ring and above the Gold Seal.

This pen has a visulated section which I don't recall seeing before on Eversharp pens of this vintage. Section and feed are flawless. The nib is a very nice WAHL, EVERSHARP, 14K, GOLD SEAL, MANIFOLD. It is of course quite firm, fine width and also flawless condition.
