Hand turned from solid plastic resin with gold plated On the top of the cap is a wave pattern. The clip, has a relief of the Trident logo design.

Two gold bands at the top of the cap that hold the clip on and there is another gold band at the bottom of the cap as well. On the barrel of the pen, there is two bands that have a relief pattern that is raised off of it and a little bit thicker design.

Then on the barrel of the pen. Engraved with Nettuno, and then nineteen eleven, Made in Italy. Pen is a piston filler.

A threaded cap so the cap can post on the end of the barrel. #6 size Medium nib and a black feed on the backside.
